I sent him command & conquer 64 and he was suppose to senD beetle adventure racing. Then like the day after I sent it I noticed he had a bad trader report so I emailed him about it and he actually told me he wouldn't ripped me off. so i believed him since i already sent the game. but i didn't hear from him in like a week and I emailed him about it and then he says no trade..but I had already sent my game and he isn't going to send it back, so he stole a game from me.

I sent him Xenogears and he was supposed to send Final Fantasy II. Obviously this has happened to someone else as well. He put up that fake statement that said he doesn't send first because he got ripped off before. I was stupid to believe it but I will probably get my game back since I am pursuing legal action. All I want is the game back, Randall, don't let this go to court.
