payment was sent for the item on dec. 23rd and the user has marked it as recieved. 5+ weeks later and he won't reply to messages and i still don't have the game i paid for. will remove this report if i recieve either the game or a refund.
update: still no game and no refund as of march 2, 2006.

I'm sorry but I don't believe I have recieved a single message from you. I check my email each and every day. I would have definetly responded to you if I had seen a message. They may have been sent to my junk mail folder as I do not check that anymore. As for the game, I did send it and I am surprised that you have not received it yet. I would give you a refund but what about my game? Plz remove the BTR and I'll check with the post office to see if I can find out what happened to the package. If nothing can be done, I'll give you a full refund on Monday. Sorry for all this.
