This person sent me an email saying that he mailed out the games on 1/29/99 we agreed to. I had already sent him his games a week earlier. when a week passed i emailed him for the tracking # of his package. I sent him 3 more emails all of which were ignored. I never expected to be ripped off. I would appreciate anyone who has had experience with this and know of any legal recourse i can take b/c i will happily pursue them to nail this guy. my friend tells me that i can look into the local DA's office about mail fraud b/c it is across state lines. ANY ADVICE would be appreciated and please email me at tnguyen@socket.net. Thank you.
