Having trouble with language option on Shredder's Revenge on Game Pass

So something really weird happened. I've been playing Shredder's Revenge and fired it up after not playing for a few weeks. Last time I played I was near the end of the game. Everything has always been in English. Now it's all in another language. I think it's Korean but can't say for sure. There's also some kind of filter where it looks like an old VHS tape with a vertical "wave" every 20 seconds or so. I have no idea how this happened or how to correct it. I've tried installing and reinstalling twice with no luck.
Other games are still in English. English is selected as the language on my Xbox settings.
If anyone has a solution please help. I tried Googling a solution but with no luck.

If the menu layout is the same on pc...
Options screen is second from the bottom on the main menu. Language is the first item on the options screen. Change that and you can probably figure out the filter issue from there

Tried this already. However the 2nd option from the bottom leads to a different screen that does not appear to be options. It's some screen that shows a series of options that you can scroll through that appear to be different locked and unlocked levels.

Got it. Feel dumb now but I got thrown off thinking the 2nd to last option was the options button. I've fixed the issue. Thanks for your help!
