I let my old thread squib out and die while in the midst of several big commissions that came through and took up loads of time. Got those knocked out and wanted to throw this back out again because I have loads of fun with this.

Here's a small album of my stuff. More can be found on instagram by searching for "megawizarddraws"

Thank you! - I think it was that particular item splash page that landed me an ongoing gig getting to do the item illustrations for an Australian dnd podcast, which has just been ludicrously fun ever since I started working with them.

Great creative style/skills going into the drawings. If you ever make a comic, let me know. :)

Intriguing! Would you draw as a part of a video game trade, hypothetically? Or do you require cash for all services?

I'd be open for doing illustration work as part of trade, for sure!

I've been doing a little hand-drawn logo work lately too. That has also been a blast.
Drawing. I like drawing hahaha.

Pardon my ignorance- what exactly do you create? Is it an electronic file or paper sheet etc? I’m definitely interested in this.

I can do both! Typically, I'm creating a digital file that is shared - if you wanted an archival quality print, I can do that as well. I have a local family-run printer that I use and they're awesome and have never provided me with a less than stellar print.

What software/hardware do you use?

Are you on any sites like fiver? I've seen some YouTube videos where people pay a handful of different price points to do the same project and compare them. Seems like a cool idea for freelance artists. (Fiverr-like websites, not the youtube comparison videos)

Predominately use an iPad Pro (& Mini) and Apple Pencil in combination with an app called Procreate. The Mini goes with me dang near everywhere, along with a small sketchbook and kindle, and is used for the quick ideas and whatnots, then the pro gets most of the work done when I'm back at my desk.

I'm not on any sites like fiver at the moment. I've given it some thought, but honestly, life is busy enough with kiddos and my 8-5 that fully throwing in on something like fiver makes me nervous. I feel like the hypothetical project turnaround there would potentially cause some headaches.

I do have an etsy page that I offer larger party commissions through and I've found that I really enjoy controlling big commissions like that. I can open just enough slots for what I feasibly think I can handle at any given moment in time and if things get hairy, I can pull any openings down quickly.
I've been really surprised with how well that's gone too. If I open slots on there, things will be quiet for a week or so, then Etsy will start promoting the listing and my slots will sell out typically within days of one another.
