Community at large enjoys it. Make sure you have a solid home network, sans that, it's fantastic.

Enjoyed it for a little but it's a bit underwhelming for $200. No bluetooth, forced to use 3.5mm or expensive proprietary sony earbuds, wifi doesn't have 6e option, and you can definitely tell you're streaming, even on a good network. That said, it's a neat device, and if you're in the PS5 ecosystem and can benefit from having it mobile in good network areas, you will probably enjoy it for what it is.

I only play handheld, so for me it’s required. I think it’s great and the 8” screen is really the sweet spot. After a few initial tweaks it’s been a constant performer for me. I have pretty stable internet and haven’t really experienced any issues.

Been using mine a lot, however on night shifts it kinda sucks. It has nothing to do with the portal... the wifi sucks. ISP provided router that is of unknown age maybe 5-6 years. I went to my sisters awhile back and she lives about 2.5 hours away and it worked extremely well it was almost like I was at home playing on the couch.
I thought I was going to get tired of this, but I am still using it daily.
