Unit/ package was listed as being in "good" condition.


Even after being asked if everything was there /unit complete /working, Item was shipped missing parts, incomplete! and not working properly. Sound Not working, was D.O.A.


Very crypt e-mails. Not a good communicator. Rude and used profanity when asked about the problems with the unit.


1: Battery covers missing.. For a portable unit this makes it hard to run off of batteries... Admitted in e-mail upon receiving unit that he had lost the covers....

2: NO SOUND!, Sound does not work.

I believe this may occurred in shipping because the items were packed incorrectly. Plug on A/C adapter was bearing upon volume turn wheel during shipping. Broke off wheel from sound board, sound board could NOT be repaired.

3: Intermittent problem with unit not booting up... this also was not mentioned as a problem. Unit was listed as being in "good" condition.

4: A/C adapter case cracked.... repaired with J.B weld.

Did a real poor job of packing items, no padding of any kind. Box wasn't even taped up all the way (which gives the box strength)

E-mailed him about problems, here is his e-mail:

don't matter cause it works and about all no refounds

2-01-2001 I (yaer2000is) received the following e-mail after filing "bad trader" report against Charles Wright (BAD TRADER)..

My response to the above e-mail follows:


The feedback/rating given was based upon the condition of the unit as received and was also based upon your response to an e-mail sent to you upon receipt on the damaged /non-working unit.

The unit was received in a non-working state. Pieces were missing (battery covers), the sound does not work, (sound board damaged beyond repair)..damaged either because you packed it incorrectly and was damaged in shipment, or it was broken /non-working before shipment.



I gave you a chance to make good on the deal, and you said:

I did not want to rate you as a bad trader but you left me no choice.
