Bad Trader Reports

I was supposed to get Civilization 2 and Saga Frotier, and he was supposed to get Metal Gear Solid. We had mailing figured out and everything, and he told me that he had already sent out the game. He was supposed to send first. I then got an email 3 days later telling me "hey look i am really sorry i have to tell you this but my mom found out about the trade an i have no way to send the games i am really sorry."
I was supposed to trade with some other people and turned them down so I could trade with him. He will screw up your deals and waste your time. It really PO's me that he did this.
Just a warning, his Mommy won't let him send. He will waste your time and screw up your other trades. DO NOT TRADE WITH HIM!
Update: He just wrote two emails to me, in supposed defense. I'll put them both down right here by copying and pasting:
"oh you (obscene) right my mom wanted to drive me to the post office but i said no so ha ha!" and "come to my house and ill give it to you because mailing things suck so now you know and if you have a problem im sorry". He never even intended to send them out. I just don't get how he got 2 confirmed trades with this type of personality. I never said anything mean, offensive,or anything that would make him feel this way. Sorry, but this report's a stayin'!!!
He also bombed my email with many obscene messages. I tried to dlete him off my server, but he got another email address, and sent them from there! DO NOT TRADE WITH HIM, EVEN IF HE DOES OFFER TO SEND FIRST!!!
