In May last year i sent Mike a Dreamcast system (when they cost $70 used) a Skies of Arcadia, Mario 64, Mariokart 64, Final Fantasy 7, and Megaman X4 for his Turbo Express with Tuner. He got my stuff and i have emails to confirm it. Then a few weeks later he claimed that his nephew "ripped open" and destroyed the turbo express box, then proceeded to drop the TE down the stairs destroying it and the tv tuner. Then he got me going on this whole "oh im going to get another one" month later, nothing. Then he said he couldn't afford to send anything to me. Come august he said he sent my stuff back but i have never seen it. Now he wont contact me at all. After the Bryan Dunn rip off i now know how to officially press charges and pursue my stuff back. Mike i want my stuff back, or a turbo express in box with tuner. You had my stuff for 3 months before you even considered sending it back. I dont care if it "got lost in the mail" that doesn't matter, you are/were responsible for it. If i dont hear from you and get my compensation within 2 weeks from today Feb 4, 02 I will contact an investigator and file charges.
