Bad Trader Reports

We've had a trade pending since mid-October. I sent him 2 GameCube memory cards (1st party, 51s) and he was to send Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure on DVD when he received them. He says he sent, but I have yet to see anything. I have asked him to return my memory cards via email, but he has not responded. I noticed on his GameTZ page that he has logged on recently, so he must have checked his email recently too.
I frankly don't even want the damn DVD anymore. I just want this trade to be over with. By the same token, I don't want someone to just take my stuff. If the emails didn't get his attention, I figure this BTR will.
I want my DVD or my memory cards back. Get in touch with me ASAP so we can resolve this issue. I have no problem with keeping this BTR up indefinitely.
