I was supposed to trade him Vo:OT for Dragonball GT Final Bout, we were to send the same day, but the game never arrived and he hasnt answered any emails or postings.

I am reluctant to post this up because I still hope we can complete this transaction in good terms although the final deadline I gave him has passed a while ago. Well here are the facts. We agreed on the trade my final fantasy 7 for playstation and a final fantasy 7 strategy guide for his bubsy and rocket knight adventures for genesis and final fantasy 7 for pc. I sent first, he received my package but had problems getting all his games together. After a couple of emails he agreed he would change the trade and send me street fighter alpha 3 and the two genesis games at my request. He promised he would ship but I never ended up getting it. I think it has been about 3 months since I shipped. He was never rude to me, except for the constant lies telling me he was shipping the next saturday. This trade took place around October it is now half way through april.

Although I would prefer not to get the United States Postal Service involved by filing a mail fraud claim against him because of strong penalties, he or his parent would face for this. I will call your house one more time and if I don't have the stuff 2 weeks afterwards, I will file a claim of mail fraud. There is a strong case as well, you misrepresented yourself in such a way as to illegally obtain goods through the mail service.

I sent him my N64 with goldeneye,2 controllers,expansion pack,and a memory card,and like 6 psx games,new ones,my game gear and case,and a Gameboy Color Battery Pack New,And carrying Case This Was on Like OCT 28,and we were supposed to send the same time too,he was supposed to send me some Dragonball Gt Final Bouts USA versions,and present day now i have gotten nothin and i have got ripped on 2 other peaopl now,and they left ugtz and paul was trying to leave to i had his phone number i told him to send my stuff back or his stuff and he said he would.nut i got nothin so i am filing out a mail fraud form right now,and if i dont get nothing from him i will file it after he reads this.good day all.

Prior to the first of November, Paul and I had a deal. He was to send me an unopened copy of dragon ball gt final bout (us) in exchange for my crash 1 2 & 3, gran turisimo, & ehrgiez for the psx. I sent on november 1st, when we !!both!! were supposed to send,(tracking #--->0304 7990 0003 9115 6122). To this day he has sent nothing, and has made no effort to finish our trade. We agreed to ship at the same time. The proposed trade was 3 Saturn games from me for his Powerstone for DC. We agreed to ship on Saturday and since that day, he has stopped replying to my emails, and I don't see him online anymore. My package arrived at his address on Monday the 1st. It is now Wednesday, Paul. I will report you to AOL and will call on my lawyer to have a conference with you if you do not act quickly to ship my package.
