I loaned Conor Buckley $13 on December 15, and he was supposed to pay back 15 in a week. He did something illegal and got both of our Paypal accounts banned. I spent weeks trying to find another way for him to pay me. On January 25 he said he was going to pay back the loan Through Google Checkout plus $100 for the inconvenience. I sent him a bill after we reached that agreement but he never paid it. It has been more than a month since then. He has not logged in since February 5. When I receive my payment I will delete this BTR.
