Sam's Club is giving 15% back in Sam's Cash on Max annual subscriptions if you pay with a linked card and enable the offer.
The ad free tier was about ~$112 after tax.
I used Rakuten, and paid with my Amex, which is also linked to Sam's. So I ended up with a year of the ad free tier for ~$55.
