WTB / TF: Anime Play Magazine #4 with the DVD

I've managed to collect a near full set of this magazine but I haven't been able to find issue #4 with the DVD, and someone on eBay is selling the disc only for $30. So naturally I'm looking for the book anywhere else.
I'll be happy to trade stuff from my big movie trade lot or other things I might have for the book and DVD. If you can help out please send me a PM. Thanks.
