I've been using Pirateship for a while now. I think someone here mentioned it.

Which is awesome, because previously I was fighting all the time with my local PO about mailing graphic novels and movies. Now I have no problems.

They're the same price (USPS Commercial Plus rates.)

The big advantage is that you can use them to buy UPS labels without a UPS account. In some cases they're way cheaper for ground shipping than USPS. They also give you a full list of available options and their prices when you use their shipping calculator.
