ok so I got a problem with my ps5 when playing Final Fantasy XVI. Whenever I change area, the is a chance the game will freeze and ps5 hard crash. When I turn the ps5 back it, it say will system repairing. Is my system overheating or some more serious problem like the hard drive? That would explain why game can crash when loading...
Erro code is CE-108262-9
I load up street fighter vi and do story mode fight and no problem so far.

It’s been a widespread issue. Clean your console. Seriously. I watched a Spawn Wave video and he did a cleaning video and he mentioned Final Fantasy XVI being the reason for the video.

I've seen a few articles mentioning playing it in Frame Rate mode as opposed to Graphics mode. May be worth checking it out if you haven't done so yet.
Otherwise, Square has a site for FF16 support you could check out:

The things is, there is no to be sure if it is a software or hardware problem. I think this happen once or twice when I was playing ishi. But now it is crashing on hourly or daily basic. I have a choice of trading it in for 400 ish credit and just pay the difference to get a fresh new console or wait
