Thanks! Chester is a great cat. In this picture he is trying to determine if he can jump into and then fall asleep inside of the Wii bag

... oh my god.

I miss digging through those sorts of places. ;_; I went to a similar place when I visited my sisters in Tennessee 15 years ago, I got a DOS Capcom 3-pack for like a buck. Man. ;_;

It's this right here. This changes the tone from "I got a good deal, yippee" to "can't wait to flip this shizz, cuz I'm cool like that."

Edited for unnecessary slam on admittedly unlikeable reseller

there is no such thing as a likable reseller.

I subscribe to Hairy Tornado on YouTube. He seems like a nice guy.

Not a reseller, he runs a legitimate business. Also gives people a good amount on credit with trade-ins. Not $10 credit for a $400 game.

So his business is reselling games though. Does that not make him a reseller?

We are going far off topic here but..

I see it as reselling still he just has a physical store front. It's semantics but I view reselling and scalping (buying out new products to flip) differently. And yeah of course he is a real one, there is a reason I mail him stuff vs taking it anywhere here. If he wasn't an option I'd eBay more.

I never scalp, but I do re-sell. I think I run my re-selling operation pretty honestly.

just bought a lot for a great price. $20 bought me complete in original boxes: shogun, shogun warlord edition, roller coaster tycoon, corkscrew follies, combat simulator 2, operation flashpoint, and others

I also saw a rainbow six game in box, black and red cover. than in the box there were a bunch of jewel cases, and 2 controllers. He must've just unloaded his junk, but I don't think the jewels are the games that go in the boxes, as the controllers were extra

as always, going into quarantine mode for a few than I'll take a look more closely

he deleted the ad a little early, and I thought you couldn't get a picture, but out of that small thumbnail, I still got the picture. I guess you can see the size of the box, and it does seem bigger. Maybe it is just the jewel cases that go with the boxes, and manuals, inserts, etc in the boxes. We'll see, but I did see 2 controllers. Won't get my hopes up. Checked most of those boxed games you could get $25 - $30 for it after all fees, so a little more work for me, and some time, but I'm sure it was worth it.

Oh yeah, the picture:

Pickups from the flea market yesterday. I might have a mint SNES going up for trade/sale. Still debating.

Also, didn't realize I picked up two of the same game. Not the first time I've done this. Derp.

Took the day off work, hit up some thrift stores:

First store was having a 75% off media sale. Got all this for $3:

At the next store, someone must have closed out their flea market business, bins of movies and CDs were donated. Will have to take another look at the music - lots of classic rock I might be interested in.

image
CDs were $1 each.

image
image
DVDs were $2. These are all sealed. Not sure what to do with the Playboy DVD.

These were not sealed.

Went to another thrift store, got all of this plus a PS2 GH2 controller for about $45

Ah today was a bust.
Went to a local antique store and walked out with a few games, but they turned out to be more beat up than i thought, Tetris attack cib, but the box and manual are absolutely trashed(Somehow the manual had fused to the cardboard tray and was ripped anyways, at least the front of the box looks nice and it's not smashed), a bunch of wii games, including mario galaxy and Kart, but they are very trashy, probably don't even work, and a ps1/dc sports game for 30.

Ah well, at least i have this beaut to fall back on:

$1,800, Clockwork Knight cib for 45, and a cib copy of Spider-Man vs the Kingpin for 70, among others.

Marvel Super Heroes will be availble, bc i don't care about fighting games.

Tetris Attack for GB or SNES? If you're looking to get rid of it I'm interested.
