There goes any hope for The Lone Ranger two. :(
lol I forgot all about that movie.
Maybe they'll do a re-imagining where The Lone Ranger eats his love interests. I'm wondering if Hammer ever REALLY ate any part of a person or if talking about it is just some VERY effed up sexual fantasy he has. I imagine the latter, and I assume the documentary dives into that stuff.

If you can't remain objective on a topic, then please refrain from discussing it. I cleaned up both sides of a flame war that was starting, as neither side was contributing, just starting the usual back and forth. This is why we don't do politics in the main forums. Take it some place that is designed for that kind of discussion.

Man, I always arrive late to check the drama.

I just recently learned about that Hammer situation and I'm curious about that series. I might check it out later.

I am so, so ready for this. Knives Out is one of the movies that has come out in the past 10 years and immediately skyrocketed on my favorites list. Others include Birdman, The Shape of Water, Inside Llewyn Davis, etc.
Fond memories watching the first Knives Out... I was under the weather, worried about my mother's health, it was New Year's Eve and I had invitations to two different parties. My girlfriend went to one with her sister and my friends were doing their thing, but I was home alone. What should have been a sorta crappy night ended up saved when I threw Knives Out on for the first time and was completely caught up in it. I've since watched it countless times and love it more whenever I see it. Really fun movie.
So to say I'm excited about this sequel is a bit of an understatement. Looks entirely different, setting-wise, but definitely seems to still have that Knives Out charm. Cannot wait.

Looks really good. Only problem with it is that Ana de Armas won't be in it I've been wanting to re-watch Knives Out for a while now, I should get to that.

Is Knives Out the one with
the older guy who's poisoned, and he gives his stuff in his will to his caretaker, and the whole family is fighting, and there's a detective who's trying to figure out what happened? And in the end it had something to do with two nearly identical looking liquids in a bottle?

Edward Norton is an immediate suspect for me.
That's the obvious choice, so he's probably there for misdirection. Unless it turns out he really was the killer. But wasn't. Not really. But he was! But not!

She's the lead in that Marilyn Monroe movie, Blonde, that got an NC-17 rating.

I tend to be lockstep with you on your reviews and opinions @theJaw; however, I remember Knives Out being very underwhelming, boring, and just a bit lackluster. It's long enough ago now that I barely remember much about it, sans that both my wife and I were just a bit of a "meh" status on it. We'll rewatch it with the sequel coming out though.
