I would never assume anything is legit till we see the movie. Even though that is definitely the voice we think it is, there is nothing to indicate he is playing who we hope it is.

Unless you...
...take into account all the apparent "on set" leak reports we've heard that sorta confirm that this scene features him + the Illuminati. Wouldn't be surprised to see Patrick, Krasinski and Cruise in the parts reported on after that tiny bit of footage... it just fits the reports perfectly. There have been plenty of reports in the past that made "assuming" a worthwhile trend, for better or for worse haha
Though I agree, obv nothing is set in stone until the movie itself is released. Won't get my hopes up until I see it.

Wanda is totally the big bad for Doctor Strange 2, or at least one of them. Everything in that trailer makes me feel like she's going to be an antagonistic presence whether she means to be or not.
Wanda has a history from the comics of meaning well only to end up making things devastatingly worse due to her own mental state. My theory is that she's searching the Multiverse for the children she lost in WandaVision (meaning well) but will ultimately foul up Strange's attempts to close the Multiverse and correct his errors made during No Way Home. They will both be opposed to each other on very fundamental levels throughout the movie, with both sides being understandable.
That trailer and the implications it makes honestly set my expectations at an all-time high as far as trailers for a "solo" MCU movie goes. Obv Infinity War and Endgame got me in a big way too, but this trailer makes me so pumped for a movie I otherwise was very "sure whatever" about previously.

I don't have an issue with the voices, but I never had a connection to the original cartoons so I couldn't be paid to care. And I still don't understand the hate for Seth Rogen, he can be entertaining in the right role for sure. No huge range in his acting but that's very rarely ever necessary for the movies he's in.
