idk if this is allowed? But i found a game lot sale on fb market place. i already did some napkin math and it comes to 6k for just the games. If you remove the junk it drops to ~4k. (This is not accounting for condition) they also have some systems. Just thought id give a heads up for anyone in NY

Waste of time honestly. They're just fishing. There's nothing in there that'd make me drop even 5K on it. Most values will be from CIBs and there's like a handful of those.

They'd need to entertain like 50% of market at best for most people to want to take on a lot like that. Which...they probably aren't willing to do.

To answer your question yes it is allowed however the way they written it will makes readers of the ad feel this person really isn't serious about selling this lot. The message they wrote back to you makes it clear that this is more of a joke ad which isn't allowed. So it would be up to staff to make the call on it.
