He wanted me to send Tekken Tag Tournament PS2, 4X4 Evolution PS2, and Sugar and Spice DVD, and he was going to send SSX PS2, Twisted Metal Black PS2, Gladiator DVD, and Gone in 60 Seconds DVD. I sent my end on September 4, 2001 at approx. 3:20 P.M. I also had a DC #, and from the USPS website

Offered to trade me Street Fighter EX3 (which he received by frauding another member) for Kengo.
I sent Kengo.
Still have not received SF EX3.
He sent me an E-mail to reassure me that he would not rip me off.
However, I can now see that he doesn't seem to plan on sending me my his half of the transaction.

I ended up getting my end of the deal after about a month of talking with police,and a bunch of other things.I'm still leaving this up though,won't go down until I see taht everyone who has been ripped off gets their stuff back.

We agreed for me to send first. I was to send Armored Core 2 and Mobile Suit Gundam: Journey to Jaburo in exchange for Resident Evil: Code Veronica, PS2 Gameshark and $15. I sended my package about a week ago and several days afterwards I emailed him to see if he recieve the package. He said he didn't recieve the package yet but I believed he already get my package. For 2days I emailed him but with no response even when he's online. I believe he intends to rip me off. Buddy Woods and Liquid Viper emailed me an warning but abeit they were too late. Do not trade with this person!!

This person and I agreed to send at the same time over MSN Instant Messenger. He asked me if I could give him Street Fighter EX3(for PS2) and he would give me Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX 2(for PS2). I have an E-mail that says he sent it the same day I did(9/5/01). I have E-mailed him multiple times since Wednsday and have gotten absolutely NO response from him. I believe he has gotten my game,but I have not received his. He just logged in at Gametz.com on the 15th and refuses to E-mail me about this. I have tried to contact him by phone,but I am unable to get his number(he is umlisted). I will call the local authorities(in his state) so he can be prosecited for this crime.I will also file a Mail Fraud report. He said I could trust him,I took his word for it,and now im paying for it. NEVER send at the same time if the person is a new member. DON'T TRADE WITH THIS GUY!HE WILL RIP YOU OFF! I tried and he would not respond,I have done all that I can.

Jeffery Damond and I had agreed to trade (from me)Big Ol' Bass: Fisherman's Bait 2 and Ace Combat 3: Electrosphere for (from him)Megaman X5 and Resident Evil 1. We agreed to send on April 30th. I sent mine, and he "says" he sent his. But I haven't gotten anything yet. I am patiently waiting for my package. He's not so patient. He also has another BTR. (which I didn't see before I sent my package.)
Now he's accusing me of not sending my package to him. He filed a FALSE BTR on me. (which I might add has a lot of facts wrong, ie. the agreed upon sending date, and my email address to name a few.) He also claims that he was sick, so he could not send on time. Well boo, f***in' hoo buddy. It would've been nice of you to mention that to me in our correspondence. He gave me his address and i gave him mine. Then we both agreed to send 2-3 day on Monday.He told me he sent his and I sent mine. I think it is time to do something so I will be calling the local sherriff soon unless i get the games.( GOT HIS # RIGHT HERE!) I WILL TAKE THIS DOWN WHEN I RECIEVE THE GAMES.

Never replied to my e-mails, except to ask If I had sent the games (which luckily I hadn't). Take a look at his one completed trade, it is with himself. Al or Lynn or whatever his name is wanted a couple of PC games from my list. I told him that I saw nothing on his list that i wanted, but I'd gladly trade ANY 10 of my PC games for a Sega Saturn if he had one for trade. He toold me that I was in luck! He said he'd just traded for one from his cousin. So he sent me the list of my 10 PC games he wanted. I told him that I'd post the trade and send out the next day. So I sent. He also said that he'd sent his side of the deal. I know for fact that i sent my side!!! I Swear by it! I never recieved his side of the deal. I've constantly emailed him and asked him politely about what he thinks could be wrong. He never answers my emails. I sent him one last email stating that he had 3 days to reply with an answer about our trade. Its been 3 days so I warn you, DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS CON!

alright this is not the first time this person has done this so if this person emails you please disreguard anything he says!!! He emailed me and I was really stupid and didn't really check up too close and now im here writing this.. He wanted to trade Jet Grind Radio and Alundra for Front Mission 3 and Legend of Mana.. we were supposed to send at the same time, but my games haven't come in. The truely amazing part is that he has 3 different names on ugtz. Ran Albert is the email address he used to contact me, but Randall Allen is another alias I found searching the ugtz site, and when he gave me his address he gave me the name of James Hemderson? I looked into it and it turns out that James Hemderson has put a bad trader report on this guy also, so I have no idea who to believe now?? all I want are my games back or the games agreed upon in the trade! I will take this to the authorities!
