I have receipt to prove I mailed my item. We didn't use delivery confirm since it was a small trade. He never mailed. He said he didn't get my package. He threatened me with a BTR if I were to file one against him. I contacted the mods. Since I had proof I mailed, but not delivery confirm, the mods suggested we could share the loss. Trinket went into an arrogant little rant and said he didn't care that the item was lost it's not his problem. I was ok with him not sharing the loss, but I wasn't ok with his condescending attitude. I'm also not ok with threatening me with a btr when I was the only who mailed and I am the only one out of something. I didn't file a btr because we didn't use delivery confirm and I can't prove if it was delivered or lost. Plus I was worried about retalitory feedback. A lot of our conversation was done through pm and email, as well as cross-emails with mods, so his post on his bio doesn't tell the whole story. It's omitting a lot of what was said. So, my biggest problem is his threat of BTR to protect himself (it never would have stuck anyway) and his arrogance in the emails. By the way, he said he usually just deletes trades when he doesn't receive packages. So, I'm not sure how often packages get "lost" on the way to his house. Sounds a little suspicious to me. So if you trade with him, use delivery confirm.

we were fine until you asked me to send first after we agreed and pended to both send immediately. If you were in good standing that would be fine, but you piled up all those btrs a year ago, so i asked if you were planning the same thing with me. It is likely you either want to try the game before you trade for it, or you have no intention of sending out your side at all. I am leaving this cancelled trade up because I think there is some risk here for other users, danielP could start pulling rips again and maybe i just dodged a bullet. I am not saying don't trade with the guy, but better make him send first to be safe, look at all of his previous BTRs(oddly none of his previous BTRs show up, while they are supposed to go away after a year, it hasnt been that long)
