We agreed on a trade where I would send him NHL 10 for Xbox 360 for his 360 version of The Saboteur. He told me he received his end of the trade on March 4th but never checked off he received (though the delivery confirmation said he received on the 3rd) He also said there was a problem, he no longer had The Saboteur but was willing to either send the game back, let me choose a different game, or give me $10. I told him I would gladly take $10 and asked him if he had paypal, this was on March 5th. He answered two days later after I asked him what he was up to since he had signed in multiple times and never responded to my message.

He said he didn't have enough money in his paypal account but would either send cash or a money order. I told him whatever was easiest for you would be fine, this was on March 7th. Almost a week later on March 13th he finally said he sent cash in the mail and he was sorry for the delay after I messaged him multiple times. It is now March 23rd and I have not received any payment for my game. He never sent a tracking number and is no longer answering my messages even though he has longed in multiple times.

I will take this BTR down when one of the following happens:
1. He sends me the $10 like we agreed on.
2. He gives me back NHL 10.
