Description

Can the same crap happen to the same guy twice? Yes, it can! John McClane is back and this time he is in more trouble. Talk about being at the wrong place at the wrong time McClane (Bruce Willis) seems to have horrible luck.

"Die Hard 2: Die Harder" is the sequel to the blockbuster "Die Hard" as the name suggests. This film takes place on a snowy Christmas Eve at the Dulles Airport in Washington D.C. A team of professional mercenaries seize control of the airport in an attempt to break a drug lord out from US custody. However, what they didn't count on was that McClane's wife Holly was on one of the incoming planes. What ensues is a race against time as McClane, along with the airport police force, tries to foil the terrorists' scheme and figure out a way to land the circling planes safely before they all run out of fuel. This is a surprisingly interesting story that leaves the viewer on the edge of their seat throughout most of the film.

Without going into too much depth, I will say that this movie is well deserving of the A ranking as it blends just the right amount of action, drama, and comedy to make a great film. The only qualm I had was the fact that this lasted a little over two hours, but the action sequences made it seem like much less. I felt that, had it been shorter in length, it wouldn't have detracted from the overall experience of the film. This is a great watch for any viewer no matter what genre you like.
