I literally just opened the button set the other day. My lady needed some buttons and that’s an item that has stayed at its value. But dang those buttons are a pain. Luke the back is made for storage but I feel like I’m going to stab myself trying to ion it

Had an order of import games come in today. Among other things, it included 5 Mahjong games on Nintendo systems (4 on DS, 1 on Switch). Looking forward to trying them out.
Also finally got a Koopa Troopa amiibo, which I have been looking for a good price on for a couple of years. It was also part of that order.

Not this time, although I've previously bought 3 or 4 copies of it and given the extras to friends who already know how to play

That's a game I need to try to track down cheaply for the collection. Probably the only Mahjong game I actually want... Although I do for some reason own Mahjong Staxx on PC... You wouldn't want it would you?

I'll try to pick up another extra copy next time I order. I tried (because you never know who is going to want a copy LOL), but they were out of stock last time.
One of the ones I picked up was Konami's Mahjong Fight Club, which features 48 real life JPML players as opponents, and is pretty highly regarded.

I have a subcollection of "secret" Mario games. Surprisingly decent amount of them.

I actually picked it up initially because I wanted a Mahjong game beyond the free mobile games, and it was both fully featured and family friendly. (Well, the game itself is family friendly. No guarantee the things you shout at Toadsworth as he scores a high point hand will be as family friendly).
There was one part of the mission mode that I had trouble with - It's one of last missions so you are playing against some of the higher level AI, and you have to bankrupt a specific opponent. Anyone who has played Mahjong knows it can be tough enough to even win a game, but targeting a specific player is much more difficult. That mission was even harder than the final one.

At this point, I don't even need a GBA emulator on the Nintendo Online service, I just need them to release The Minish Cap for the friggin thing.

I think I teared up a bit at the ending.

So I tried out Mahjong Fight Club today. It's good but definitely not as beginner friendly as Yakuman DS.
Though I suppose that's to be expected with the JPML license attached.

Nyxi Wizard GameCube style controller for the Nintendo Switch.
I don't know if it's available for sale yet, couldn't find it on their site.
Looks pretty cool. And the GameCube controllers are very comfortable. I think I'd be interested in this, especially if it's light.

I just unlocked Gradius Music and SFX during play! And for that extra classy touch it switches to the boss music when someone calls riichi.

And even at times where the platforming was especially challenging, requiring very on target precision, the game still ran smoothly.

Fire Emblem Engage came out today. I thought it had already released. Reviews are generally good, and it sounds like they ditched the 3 Houses stuff and went back to the basics. I'll probably give it a look when it goes on sale. Three Houses kinda burned me out on the series, and maybe someday Advanced Wars will get a release.

My Divine Edition just came in, and of course GameStop didn't send the exclusive tarot cards. Not a big deal. I've played a couple of chapters. I like the fact that it's more combat focused, and the Engage system seems fun.
