If you see a fish randomly appear in a forum post, click it... then you can try to catch it (a simplistic mini-game where you pick bait and retry). If you catch a fish, you get the fish icon and a percent which is how many you've caught. People who have 100% have essentially won the game by catching them all.

I did it as a sort of April Fool's mystery for people to figure out.

And at the end of the month, everyone with 100% gets a permanent fish icon showing that they completed the challenge!
