Does anyone here use PirateShip? They changed their shipping labels a little while ago. The shipping info now pretty much starts at the very top of the label. This is causing issues as when printing the label on my Rollo it hangs up on the top part and does not completely print. Labels come out looking like this:

When they should look like this:

Any advice on how I can change my printer settings? I'm having to re-print these labels 3-4 times per order.

I don't have a solution, but I'd recommend chatting with pirateship. Maybe they'll know. I've contacted them before. Plus, if you get lucky, the person you chat with will make pirate jokes. :)

I've been printing their labels a lot recently and not seeing this. If you save the label as a PDF does it looked cropped like that? It looks like your printer may think it's using a larger size of paper, so the margins are off the sheet. Maybe confirm the printer is set for 8 1/2" x 11" or whatever size your labels are.

They made a change to their labels - Media, for example, now has a giant black box on the upper left corner. It's a massive waste of ink. I personally use shipping labels that are about half of a letter-sized page, and save the PDF to my hard drive, so I don't have this issue.
For now I'd suggest saving the label as PDF and verify that your printing software is loading it correctly. If not, talk to their support, they're really responsive and should be able to help you out.

I use Pirateship with the original model Rollo. I've had no issues. I'm on a Mac though so it may be handling the sizing differently.

I reached out, got an email filled with pirate puns. They were able to make a fix "below deck" and the next label I printed had zero issues!
