Can someone help me with the name of a game...

I remember a game I started playing a while back, but i cannot for the life of me remember the name of the game. You start out as a father, with his daughter on a ship in space, i think it was a cargo ship of sorts and the ships AI is a bit quirky. Something happens and you send your daughter off the ship to the nearby planet and after enduring whatever happened you yourself go down to the planet to get your daughter but you land some ways away and your mission is to find/rescue your daughter while traversing the planet using a gun of sorts that can create and move objects all the while listening to the ships AI banter. I had really enjoyed the game but had to stop for a while and now I wanna find and play it again but I cannot remember the name and I think the title had the name of the daughter in it somewhere. Thanks to anyone who can help!

Yeah it was pretty good for the parts i played through. Just wish I could remember the name of the game.

Yeah its got mixed reviews, but i honestly like it. and only $10 right now on Steam

Thanks for making this post. It got me thinking about a game I remember from a long time ago. I think a DOS era PC game
I probably wouldn't have thought about it again except for how this game came into existence... The guy who published it claimed he had a UFO encounter and it was put on his computer by aliens.
It was a hard game (well at least to my kidsized self all those decades ago). You play as an orb that slowly shrinks as you move. Maybe a balloon or ball or something. It's a top down perspective.
