All cards are from the Rising Rivals expansion.

The lot is valued at $318.36, but I'm letting it go for $30 with free shipping. Used to be $200 but some kind folks in the replies taught me that pricecharting isn't exactly accurate to the selling culture. Just don't need these things around anymore and I'd like to give a good deal to someone willing to take them off my hands. The prices were compared against ungraded prices on pricecharting.com.
Misprints are included in the lot but are not factoring into the price, they're just coming along for free. Someone could still like looking at the art or want to use them for some sort of DIY craft - they're not worthless!

Feel free to message with any offers too, as mentioned this is cross-referenced with pricechart.com but I'm not in touch with card collecting culture so I'm not sure what kinds of discounts are expected for lots like this.

My guess is that price charting is fairly innacurate and doesn't take into account the low sell thru rate that 99.999% of pokemon cards have. If a random uncommon sells once per week at 4 dollars, but there are 300+ of that particular card listed at any one time, then the real value of that card is worth way less than price charting may say.
I don't know this for sure, but I basically stopped trying to flip newer Pokemon cards entirely because the vast vast majority are functionally worthless and can be found for peanuts in any hobby shop's 50cent bin.
That being said, I have a number of friends who are really into the TCG so I'll show em this thread when I get back to the states!

I don't have experience with Pokemon but it sounds a bit similar to Magic. Unless it's a really popular card or expensive and you can offer a slight discount I find for the average person it's better/easier to use a store buylist. Idk if that's really a thing for Pokemon or if it would be as competitive. Places like CardKingdom pay GREAT percentages on cards that would make most retro game store owners and similar blush.

@Funbil Sure thing! They play the card game competitively, so they are oftentimes looking for specific commons/uncommons/rares they can use to make decks.
I'm out of the country so I won't be able to share it with them for a week or so though, so don't wait up for me if you get an offer that interests you.
