It's amazing! The Tour tracks were better than usual as well. Also, looks like five more characters will be added.

Can't wait to play the new tracks tonight! We didn't end up playing much of Wave 3, so we'll be playing a lot of both waves over the next few days.
It's nice to know 5 more characters are coming. It's worth noting that the previous trailer said "Characters from past Mario Kart games are on the way", so don't expect any brand new characters to the franchise. Off the top of my head, these characters were in past MK games but not MK8D:

Funky Kong
R.O.B.
Wiggler
Honey Queen
Petey Piranha
Donkey Kong Jr.
Koopa Paratroopa
I've not kept up with Mario Kart Tour, but I know there are some more exclusives in that game, Pauline being one of the bigger ones.

Can't wait to play the new tracks tonight! We didn't end up playing much of Wave 3, so we'll be playing a lot of both waves over the next few days.

What's going on with the Wii U? Seems like there's suddenly been a lot of people trying to get a Wii U on here? I know some Wii U's are failing after sitting for too long, but surely it didn't happen to multiple people here all at the same time.

Eshop closing in a couple weeks, maybe people are trying to get some last minute deals on digital versions of expensive physical games
I am a person whose Wii died doing a firmware update. My replacement updated fine. So u have a 50% success rate.

If you mean “was I up too late and probably a little delirious”, then yah you better believe it. But also I didn’t put 2 & 2 together and had no idea what “Fusion” was when ol’ Blood mentioned it. Thought he was saying some other game got DLC lol. Admittedly not a huge Metroid guy.

Played Dead Cells for the first time in a couple years last night. Didn't pick up the Castlevania DLC, but I had recently picked up all the previous DLC while they were at all-time lows. I forgot how awesome this game is...though it seems like the performance on Switch has gotten way worse over time. Load times are way longer than before.
