He PM's me and is interested in trading for Battlefield Bad Company 2 (xbox 360) for RE5 Gold Edition (Ps3). I sent out within a day on Aug 2, received no reply about receiving trade or any contact, last login date was Aug 3.

Want: RE5 or Battlefield BC2 back

We agreed to trade my Xbox Live 3 Month Membership for his Xbox 360 Blur. I PM'd him the code immediately and he marked as recieved. Then he did not communicate for 2 days despite logging on both of those days. Then, finally on August 3rd (one of the days he told me he'd ship) he would not respond to any of my messages and has since abandoned the site, making no effort to get in contact with me. I have sent him plenty of trade messages as he does not present a public email address with no response. I have also given him fair warning that action would be taken if he did not resolve the trade and gave him plenty of ways to do so.

I would like to get this solved by either he:

1. Sends me his side of the deal (Xbox 360 Blur).
2. Sends me $20 gifted PayPal to pay for the membership.
