Sherrill & I had two trades going, first was for $80 PayPal for two Visa gift cards the second was $40 PayPal for a $50 Wal-Mart gift card. I sent the first payment due on 27-Jul-2009 and the second on 28-Jul-2009 as of right now it's 17-Feb-2010 and I have only received $20 in return. Last I heard I would be receiving another $20 on 1-Feb-2010 and that was on on 22-Jan-2010 but just like every other time besides the first $20 I have been ignored when the date has come.
It's been almost seven months, I feel that is more than enough time that she could have had her BTR's cleaned up. I will be filing mail fraud and contacting her local police department early next week if I don't receive anything. This BTR will be removed when I receive the $100 back in my PayPal or when I am sent an USPS money order with delivery confirmation I will not accept any other form of payment or anything without delivery confirmation from her.
Edit: Received another $20 bringing the total owed to $80.

Trade has been pending as of May 28th, 2009. Sherrill received my item on July 14th, 2009..and I have yet to receive my payment of $45 shipped. Several excuses have been made as to why the money has not been sent (vacation, moving, waiting for job check). Here we are almost 5 months later and I'm still waiting for the payment. Bad trade report will be removed when I receive the payment.
