Man, I still remember getting a sealed box of FE for $22. Homelands was one of the last sets before I finally got out. (I had a couple packs of Alliances and Unglued before liquidating.)

Though, if you have any duplicate anime LDs, I may be interested in them if I don't already own it. Same applies to @Sid_Ceaser .

This past weekend was pretty hot in Baltimore, but there were still enough yard sales happening to make it worth going out. First sale was a major let down though; the woman running it said she had games from the early 00's, but when I got there it was just two PS1 controllers and a PS1 GameShark. Turns out she thought that was the game. Sigh. Still, I grabbed those and a multi-tool.

After that I drove across town to a sale that mentioned game systems and grabbed a Wii U and handful of games.. MUCH more satisfying than that first sale.

Next up were a couple of community sales. First one was smaller, but I grabbed Diddy Kong Racing DS and a PS2 with some sports games. Not a great find, but I probably made the kid's day.

Second community sale was great, despite other game hunters already going through. Asked about games at one, and the sellers brought out a huge stack of Wii/Wii U games. Score! Later on, an older couple also brought out some games but they turned out to be Dreamcast bootlegs their son picked up in the Philippines. I passed since I was low on cash. At the last sale I went to, another couple's older son brought out some OG XBox games and then a Watermelon N64 plus some games! I think something was funky with the N64, but I was able to salvage the shell for an RGB modded system I've been working on.

Everything for about $38.

The case has a little divider that opens up that I don't think the store saw as there was a bunch of games behind it. They had an identical red set for the same price - unfortunately there was no games in that one.

This morning at the flea market in a batch of cds I found a legit import 2-cd release of the Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Original Soundtrack for $1.

Everything is mint except no spine card. It was the only game related thing he had. Weird.

Yard sales were pretty dead here this past weekend, but I did a little scouting ahead and managed to pick a few good ones. Everything in the first pic was from the one sale I hit on Saturday and was $20. Stuff in the second pic were from a couple multi-family sales I hit on Sunday and was also $20 for everything. Final Fantasy Anthology was incomplete, but I thought it might be what I needed to complete my copy. Unfortunately I misremembered and it was stuff I already had (case, manual, and FFV disc), albeit in good condition. Pez stuff was grabbed for the kiddo.

I finally tracked down the same softball glove I lost a few years back. It's not even considered a "good glove", but it's the best glove I've ever owned. When I first started my search, I didn't even know what brand it was, so it took me quite a while to setup the saved search on eBay. Then yesterday it finally showed up for $15 shipped.

It'll never feel the same as the one you lost (I speak from experience), but at least it will be closer than any other glove

I don't think it's the very same glove, just the exact same model. I'm 99% sure my brother-in-law has my original. I'm less worried about the wear difference on this glove because the material on the back doesn't need to be broken in like leather. I did buy several leather gloves, looking for one I'd like as much. The other one I have is okay, but I'm glad to have this model back.

The dollar guy brought a ton of good things.

image
An SSD mounting thing with cables
An HDMI to DVI cable
An HDMI to Component adapter
A Radeon HD 7450 2 GB card
Deus EX Human Revolution Augmented Edition for 360 sealed
A barcode scanner (I actually have another one bought from the same guy but it was missing the USB dongle, this includes it)
A Cat7 cable
Four copies of Future Man Season 1 on Bluray (Aussie exclusive)
That cookbook is from another seller but it was a dollar too.

I generally don't go to yard sales that list video games, especially not ones where they list the specific consoles. By doing so they show that they know what they have (usually), but more importantly it brings more people out. I decided to pop into this one though as the pictures showed some things I might like. Sure enough, I arrived at 7:58 for an 8am yard sale and the ladies were joking with me that I was two minutes early and that people were showing up 30min early while they were still setting up. Still got a good haul:

Everything was $2 each. Guardians of the Galaxy was $3 at a different sale.
