On July 12 I sent a $12.00 payment to Aren Shilvarjo for Psychic Detective on Playstation to his email address, undadainfluence@sbcglobal.net, which was and is the only address I have ever communicated with him through. Later that day he told me that he has no paypal account associated with that email address , wasn't aware that any account existed with that email, and to resend the money to i_cant_do_it_captain@yahoo.com. When I contacted Paypal I was told that if the money was unclaimed within 30 days I could get it back. On 8/15 I contacted paypal and was told that because the money went to a valid account, registered to Mr. Aren Shilvarjo only Mr. Shilvarjo could initiate a refund and all he would need to do is contact them to get his password. I told this to him on 8/15, and heard back from him on 8/19 stating that he had been too busy to contact Paypal but would on 8/22. On 8/26, having not heard from him I sent an e-mail threatening to go to Paypal and on 8/28 he sent an email again saying he had been busy and was going to be out of town until 9/5 but promised to contact Paypal on 9/6. I have still not heard from him and believe he was attempting to string me along and use up the 45 day window I had to file a dispute claim. I have never filed a BTR before, have over 60 trades in which I am rated excellent in every category- he has completed 6 trades total. I know I was a fool to send first but he gave me a sob story about being ripped off previously. BEWARE!

3/28/06 It's great that 7 months later you want to try to fix this. When we pended the trade you told me to pay you via paypal- THAT was the time to tell me to send to a different email address. You knew this was a problem and jerked me around for almost two months. Now it is your turn to spend time on the phone with Paypal. You want to know whose name the account is registered under? Aren Shilvarjo- YOUR NAME. You want to know what email it is registered under- undadainfluence@sbcglobal.net, YOUR email, until about a week ago when you changed it on here. All you had to do was contact paypal, tell them you forgot your password and they would release the funds to you, but you didn't want to do that. Better I should be out the 12 for being a prompt payer. For all the trouble this BTR has caused you, you'd think you'd just send me the game.
EDIT- I see where you just sold the game for $15.00. Unbelieveable.

I contacted Pay Pal numerous times, and they said I had to send them information about the Pay Pal account, which I can't do because I don't know what name it is registered under. My Pay Pal account i_cant_do_it_captain@yahoo.com, but what my GTZ e-mail was, so it's not my fault you didn't verify what Pay Pal to send the money to.

Why the hell would I rip you off for $12? I'm sorry, but I have better things to do then try and get that $12, which is still probably in the Pay Pal account you sent which I can't access. I don't see why I have to refund your money when you sent it to the wrong account.
