EclipseLion's reason for canceling this trade:His brother accepted Pokemon X, and one51 doesn't want to return Pokemon X in lieu of a digital copy Pokemon Y that was provided to him. Since he cannot return the X version and can't accept Y version as he'd be required to send back to me X version (I would have paid shipping) I see no other reason to continue this trade. |
one51's response:I will return the copy of Pokemon X (as my brother has my original copy), but I will need full reimbursement for the return shipping and the cost of a complete in box Pokemon Y. As this is the trade we originally agreed upon. I do not believe the digital copy of Pokemon Y is equal to our original agreement. |

EclipseLion's reason for canceling this trade:Asked for a picture, told there would be a picture posted, weeks later (no messages interim) picture posted.
Trade was considered dead since was told a picture would be posted and no picture posted till much later.
Now seller would like to post item on Ebay, no issues here, good luck. |
POG's response:Requested a picture after the trade was already made. I told him I would send one. I was a little late on sending the picture, however, the trade was created before a picture was requested and was not based on him receiving a picture of the item. I was told I would only have to wait a few days for the payment BEFORE the picture was even requested. Even after the picture was sent he waited almost a week to let me know that he went with another phone. I could have had this sold on ebay by now.
This is just a case of the trader backing out of a trade and using the picture request as an excuse. People need to stick to their trades once they commit to them. |
