he ripped me off. i offered to trade his game, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2000 (PC), for my The Sims: Hot Date (PC), Cocky (Kid Rock) (music cd), and he said that it was a deal IF i swapped the Cocky (Kid Rock) (music cd) for my other kid rock cd, Devil Without A Cause. i agreed to these new terms and sent him my half of the deal. that was on July 20th, 2003. its now october 23rd, 2003, and he still has not mailed it. his e-mail is down so i couldnt contact him through that, and when i try to contact him through Aol Instant Messenger, he ignores me. i have given him many warnings through aim, and given him plenty of time, and he has still not sent his half of the deal. i plan to contact authorities, and i will report this as either theft of my game, the sims hot date, and the music cd, or theft of the microsoft flight simulator 2000. a note to SGPwrestler180: i will take this down when i recieve my game. i apoligize for any inconvienence. HELLO!!!! its been almost a YEAR!!! IT'S DECEMBER 30th!!!!! whats going on here?!?!?! i want my game! i am going to file this as mail fraud!!!!! i have TRIED to be CIVIL, but this is to much.
