Bad Trader Reports

Blackops_LA said that he received on April 10th. I asked him when he would send on April 17th, and he said he'd send that weekend. He claimed to lose the game we agreed he'd send me, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, but he said that he'd send, later, May 12th and May 18th, but both of those have passed. Really, I'm just fed up with this - both the trade and the trader. (Sorry dude; it's true.)
What could be done to resolve it: Getting my games back and preferably some form of repayment for the fact that I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR A MONTH AND A HALF. Either that, or enough money to pay for Super Smash Bros. Brawl, plus repayment for the aforementioned fact. Though I'd prefer the former.
EDIT: And we've been ATTEMPTING to trade for 2 months and 26 days (roughly). Dude, SEND ME MY GAMES BACK!!

I Know man i'm sorry i have taken too long on this trade, first i couldn't send the game because i let my cousin borrowed it & then i couldn't send it because i lost the game somehow, so i wanted to send you your games back but i still don't have money to send yet, i'll be returning you your games back though.
