Three weeks ago we agreed to trade Twisted Metal Black and Madden 2002. I mailed out Twisted Metal (same time) and never recieved Madden. A few days later he claimed that it was sent back to him and he would send it out. He then cancelled his account, and another account that he had. I never go my game. A week ago, I found him under another two accounts (listed) and emailed him. He appologized and said he would send out Madden. Today he cancelled his two accounts and started this one....I also recieved a game, but it was the WRONG GAME.
I filed mail fraud with the Postal Service last week, and will follow through with whatever means until I recieve Madden 2002.
If you read this, I wil keep Eternal Ring (stupid game) as collateral and will send it back upon reciept of Madden 2002. I not end this until I get what's mine.
Follow UP--TJ/Brent/Jonanthan, whoever this guy is, now refuses to send me Madden and claims that we never had a deal for those games. Furthermore, he is probably in the process of creating his sixth or seventh account on gametz.
