HE KEPT STRINGING ME ALONG AND LEADING ME ON THAT HE WAS READY TO SEND THE MONEY "I WILL PAY TOMORROW" "SENDING THE CHECK TOMORROW" .....WHY WOULD A GUY MAKE AN OFFER AND PEND A TRADE IF HE DOESNT HAVE THE MONEY?
