I'd love to find a site where I can keep a running "to play" list, rate every game I've played (maybe even type up a little review), make lists like "favorites", "best RPGs", etc. Does anyone know of a site like that?

I'm not fully sure if it offers everything you mentioned but I used it for years but then quit updating it when the beat a game thread started here.

It at least tracks your games you've beaten and want to beat, and lets you rate them. The Stats page looks really cool. I'm not sure yet if it does the lists, like I mentioned, but I'd be ok without that.

https://backloggd.co... is the one I use
Rips the letterboxd format about as close as you can for videogames.

I use InfiniteBacklog for achievement tracking but it does a fine job tracking games in progress as well.
