My earliest gaming experience was on the 2600
I don't remember exactly which 2600 game was first but I have very early memories of Space Invaders, Pac Man and Donkey Kong.

Probably either Centipede or Ms. Pac-Man arcade. I owned a Ms. Pac-Man arcade as a young kid, so it was probably that.

Super Mario Bros. when I was 3 years old. My uncle brought his NES over and we all got to play it. I mostly remember watching others play, but I did get to try a few times too (I was terrible). It wasn't too long after this that we got an NES of our own.

Super Mario is my earliest memory along with Mega Man 5. I have a vivid memory of having to look away and hide while my older brother tried to beat Gyro Man because he did better when he was not being watched lol. I do not know how old I was so probably anywhere between 4-5 years old

My dad co-owned a Radio Shack when I was really young and he brought home some TV based PC like device that had a KB on the unit and I played something on there, don't hardly recall any details. Then likely the next Christmas or 2 after that, we got an NES with Mario and Duck Hunt as the games I played first on there.

The first video game I remember playing was Super Mario Bros on a Play Choice 10 arcade cabinet at a pizza place near my early childhood home around 4-5 years old. The first video game I owned Color Baseball on the Tandy CoCos. My dad had an IBM 8086 machine that had golf and chess on it. One Christmas, we got a NES with SMB, Duck Hunt, and World Class Track. Me and my little brother would go so hard on that power pad. That was followed by The Legend of Zelda on my birthday, which got me completely hooked on video games.

I think it's the same for me too -- either Space Invaders or Combat on the Atari 2600.

Mine was Tetris. My dad loved playing it. We eventually burned the background image into the TV.

My earliest gaming memories are watching one of my older sisters and her friends playing Super Mario Bros., Kid Icarus, The Legend of Zelda and Metroid, so it had to be one of those.
I'd also watch my mom and grandmother playing games on consoles older than NES, but I don't think I was as interested in playing those games myself.

RBI Baseball on NES. My friend had an NES and we played the crap out of that game. He won like 3/4 of the time but I won a 22 inning game once and that was a memory I’ll hold near and dear.

Same.
My dentist office had a 2600 with Pitfall in the waiting room. One day, there was a stack of other cartridges as well, so I was able to try some others, but Pitfall is the only one I remember.
Shortly afterwards, we went to visit some family in North Carolina, and I walked into their living room to see them playing what I now know was The Legend of Zelda. The rest is history.

While not super exciting, I'm pretty sure my first gaming experience was on a Windows 95 PC...

But if we're talking "real" video games, my first exposure would be playing on my neighbor SNES. It's probably a toss-up between these two for which one I played first...

Advanced D&D on Intellivison. Actually one of my earliest life memories... Still remember it very clearly and vividly. Those fudging snakes always scared the crap out of me (I was 4)!
