This is a nice looking pin set. Will eventually sell out (like the Fire Emblem one did). 800 platinum coins. Shipping is $6.99 which may kill it for some, but that's a flat rate and if you buy $50 in physical goods shipping is free. Can get select games as part of the MAR10 sale for $40.
Another pin set for 800 platinum coins (though not nearly as cool imo):

Figured I'd post to raise awareness among my fellow GTZ'rs as I know MPR has been a big hit with many here. Limit 1 each per account.

I play Super Mario Run every day and multiple times on Monday, as well as do the Nintendo Switch Online missions. I never run of out platinum coins. I just spent 2500 on the Metroid pins and 3 other items. I still have 1500 platinum coins.

Ironically, I used Play Credit to get this at its current 50% off price. Breezed through the levels, and got the Metroid pins along with a couple of t-shirts and the Kazuya amiibo (it'll look great next to Terry. I'm tempted to track down Ryu now). The gold and silver coin pins look really cheap though.

If you haven't done the missions at mynintendo just click earn points and they list a bunch of ways to rack up platinum coins.
You can get over 600 just by visiting various gamepages and finding 3-5 things if you haven't done it before. On Mario Golf you find 5 holes, and they are located on 3 or 4 pages on the site. Took me less than 2 minutes and got 100 coins. I'm saving the rest for future rewards since I already ordered the pins.

Mine arrived today. They look pretty nice! Bigger than I thought they'd be.
