2023 Jeep Wrangler 4xe - anyone want to take over a lease?

$65k ish Jeep, 7500 miles, 10.5k annual miles, started lease in Nov of '22, 48 months, $562 a month (cost may change on transfer with fees, not sure how this works). 2023 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara, dark gray, plug in hybrid, near fully loaded, pristine condition with extras.
Got affiliate pricing, ev credit, and a $3k down payment. All things considered, it's quite a good lease price.
With the third kiddo, we would like to go back to a van. We traded in a Sienna for the Wrangler, one month before we found out that my wife was prego!
We're making it work with 3 car seats but would be better without the extra overhead.
No clue yet how a lease transfer works. Going to pursue swapalease.com but figured I'd check here prior as this is a damn good price.
We're in northeast Ohio, so you'd have to come get it or pay for it to be hauled.
Let me know if you have any questions or interest!

Curios, why all the negs? I'm able to pass along a great price that wouldn't be obtainable by normal means. We traded in a high equity vehicle + affiliate pricing + down payment that you get to take advantage of at no additional cost, we take the loss. Why is this neg worthy?
Oh well, sorry for asking!

That was a fantastic lease price you got and a good deal you can pass to someone. If I didn't have one (or if I had extra money) I'd jump on it. I really want a Wrangler and the added boost to fuel economy from the hybrid system is outstanding. I have a Grand Cherokee 4xe and fill up once a month, drive it 40+ miles every day.
I had a rental a while back and it was so fun. But yeah the kid aspect is why I didn't go Wrangler... but I still want one!! I wonder if the dealership would let you trade it in for a GC 4xe?

@sinnie trading it in, supposedly results in negative equity, which blows my mind being that it's less than a year old and we knocked off like $17k already. Leases are confusing... I June it was negative 3 grand, and now its 6?! Insane! Yet to go buy or lease, you won't be able to get this price, which is why I'm reaching out here, friends/family to see if anyone wants it.
Ultimately we'll either just make it work, or take a kick in the balls at some point. The longer we keep it, the better the negative equity balances out.
Switching to a Pacifica probably isn't gonna happen. They lease like complete crap.
Waiting to hear back now on options to try the GC L, 3rd row SUV would work, just mini van would be nicer.

Not looking for a Wrangler, but have you checked the lease agreement to make sure it's transferable? Most agreements allow transfers but occasionally they don't.

Yah I haven't dug into logistics yet. We're gonna call them today. I hear it varies based on lender. My assumption is we're screwed, haha.
Who trades a van for a Jeep right before a third kid, FML

Ugh the horror to switch from Wrangler to mini van... I will say my GC is only 2 row because a 3rd row isn't or wasn't an option (it might be in 2024?) but it's pretty spacious back there and I think could fit 3 car seats just fine. We have two and I'm able to sit fairly comfortably in the middle if I had to. In a Wrangler I know that wouldn't be possible.
Aside from the sliding doors on a van I don't think I could ever make that change, lol

Yah, I'd prefer an suv as well, only a matter of time that we'll need it anyway as they grow. Still, her car... Yet doesn't seem like we'll pull it off.
But yah, the L has a 3rd row - https://www.jeep.com...

Y'all are making my feel like a square for loving my van haha. I've always loved a van and was so eager to get one once we decided to start a family.

There's no shaming here man! And My Teenage life I had two different conversion vans they were still to this day my all-time favorite vehicles! As a parent with little kids there is an amazing value of having those side opening doors!

Frankly there’s no vehicle superior to a van especially for a family of 5 or more. We have a Honda Odyssey that will probably need to be replaced in 1-2 years but it has been immensely practical. The two major advantages are being able to seat two kids in the 2nd row and one in the 3rd while still preserving plenty of cargo space. Our van has 34 cubic feet behind the third row which is still unmatched by any SUV except for the Suburban/Yukon XL. With the Suburban though you’re driving a very large vehicle and will take a significant hit on gas mileage.
That being said my wife is tired of driving a van so we will likely move on to a large SUV, perhaps the Toyota Grand Highlander or Lexus TX when that comes out. If it were up to me it would be the new Toyota Sienna all the way. It fixes one of the flaws of the Odyssey, i.e. fuel efficiency, by having a hybrid powertrain.

We liked our Sienna, it was a 2020, the last year of a decade long model... And they changed in 2021! Only went with it because was the only 4wd at the time. We'd rather go Pacifica, but they just suck with their lease terms.
Maybe I should check out Honda, kinda forgot about them.

In hindsight I wish we had gotten the Sienna. I’ve owned three Honda products two of which had their 3.5L V6 and I’m convinced their products with that powertrain are not the best once they pass 100k miles. Before that they’re great. Toyota cars have fantastic reliability in my experience with both their 4- and 6-cylinder models being bulletproof. If I had to get another Honda I’d only want a VTEC 4-cylinder model.

I'd be wary on the L. I have had to notarize a lot of lemon law disputes over some of the L's from our local dealer. Something with that engine is funky... but maybe a 2023/24 might be better. Still the L doesn't have the 4xe and I'm getting spoiled by not buying so much gas lol.

I was being tailgated by a Chrysler Pacifica this evening coming home from work. I was going 83mph. I moved over. It hurt to be passed by that, lol.

I had a 2010 dodge grand caravan . Loved the interior design, but the quality was not great. Had many issues after it was 8 years old.
Have a ford explorer now, but miss those two captain chairs in the middle with the three person back seat in that caravan.

Yeah Captain's chairs in the 2nd row and a full bench for the 3rd seems to be ideal. With car seats it sucks to have to have 3 in a row, so hard to get to the middle one no matter how much space you have. As the kids get older though I'd just put the oldest in the middle and it would be much easier since they can get in/out on their own and buckle/unbuckle.

I had a conversion van during my college days as well - I would regularly work late hours at a satellite campus that my university had and the fold down queen size mattress in the back came in handy so often. The only downside as a broke art-school college kid was gas. Boy howdy. A 92 Ford Econoline will guzzle.
