@heatdolphins45 just make sure he sends first. Don’t fall for the black magic

Guessing you can't book a refundable flight and just cancel it right? Maybe it will restart the clock on when you have to use it by

I think that might work if I buy a refundable ticket, true.

Can I ask what you do with all of these? I mean, are you just looking for deals on trips for yourself? Or something else? Just curious!

Sweet. Do you do a bunch of credit card deals also? We fly free on Southwest pretty much constantly because of credit card stuff. Also have lots of miles on AA, British Airways (which translate to AA miles), and so on. Plus Hilton, Holiday Inn (IHG), and so on. Just curious if you do all of the travel hacking stuff like that.

I'm fairly airline agnostic, I fly whoever is the cheapest, but I do have a hotel credit card (Hyatt) that makes up the bulk of my points and stays.
But yes, I'm subscribed to Scott's Cheap Flights and the like!

I could be a soruce since i work at a hotel now. have no idea what i get out of enrollments since i dont deal with them much but it's easy to manipulate. I don't travel either so they would be fair game if i ever do. i'll let you know though in liek a week or two how it works for us.

Is it really worth buying these? In the past, when I looked into moving points from my wife's account into mine or buying points to get to the next reward level, the fee made the move worthless. I was better off just buying the ticket outright.
That said, I think I have about 4000 points in my American Airlines account and 3000 in my wife's and I just got a notice that they will expire this summer. We usually don't use American. What is your offer and how do we handle the move?

Airline miles are trickier because of fees, yes, so you usually have to book a flight in my name to get around that. I'll PM you!
And, definitely, I did a deal on here last year that ended up being my birthday trip.

That's an odd amount! And sorry, Delta is too expensive to just have $20 worth...
