ironman82 & I pended a trade on September 28, 2009.

I, ZeldaCubeGamer, mailed on Sep. 29th, 2009 a $250 US Postal Money Order.

ironman82 was to send me a New Xbox 360 Resident Evil 5 Elite Red Console (comes with a game and token).

Bottom line I will remove this BTR when I receive what I paid for OR I get my money back.

It is now October 17, 2009. I have not received anything from ironman82 in 19 days. I haven't even received a reply to the messages I've added to our pending trade agreement or the messages sent directly to his email address (theironman82@yahoo.com)

ironman82 / Bradley Witenhafer has logged-in to GTZ several times since 9/28/09 & has posted replies on 10/01/09 to several other BTR's. On October 11, 2009 ironman82 filed a "Cancel Trade" petition to delete the info of a pending trade with another member (who also filed a BTR on ironman82) who bought yet another of ironman82's new 360 consoles. Part of ironman82's reason for canceling the trade is, ..."Due to transmission dying in car, invasion of family privacy and current family issues to deal with, I do not have the time or funds to continue with any trades at this time."

Well, Bradley has my funds of $250, so he has plenty of money to pay for whatever postage & packaging is required to mail me what we've agreed to. If he doesn't have time to do this then he can just return my $250 US Postal Money Order & then only be out a postage stamp & about a minute of his time to write my address on the envelope.

Today, Oct 29, 2009 I just noticed that Bradley's Bio page shows this info:

ironman82/Bradley has still not replied in our pending trade agreement or to this BTR, nor has he contacted me via the site's PM system or through my email address.

I sent him a lot of PS2 games and he never sent my $55.

EDIT 10/11 : I got my games back today but I still want to be refunded the $20 shipping costs.

Response from Accused "Bad Trader": (9-Aug-2010)
All of his games were mailed back to him and the trade was canceled. No need for this BTR. Also, the games did not come in the condition I was told they would be in and I had to pay the exact same amout of shipping to send them back and now I'm out that money as well.
