On October 27, 2012, KiNG_BLiNK initiated this trade, and we agreed on the following transaction:
KiNG_BLiNK gets Tekken Hybrid (PlayStation 3) [Condition: excellent; Box: yes; Manual: yes]
JayDukes gets The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (Xbox 360)
I sent out my half of the trade, Tekken Hybrid, on October 30, 2012. Ten days later, I hadn't received Skyrim, so I asked him for a status update. He said he received Tekken Hybrid and would send out Skyrim the next day.
A week and a half later, still no sign of Skyrim, so I messaged him again. He claimed he had a lot of trades to work through, so I gave him the option of simply sending back Tekken Hybrid and calling off the whole transaction. He reassured me that he's working on our trade and claims he is catching them up in order by date.
Fast forward to now, January 8, 2013, and STILL no sign of Skyrim. I gave him ample time to make good on the trade, but now, after over two months, I have to add this BTR to an already long list or reports under this account.
I will remove the BTR if he either sends me The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (Xbox 360) as promised, or simply return Tekken Hybrid to me in the same condition which I sent it out.

On Oct. 3, 2012, we made a deal involving my SNES Breath of Fire and PSX Brave Fencer Musashi for his Microsoft Xbox. After he recieved my games, he notified me that my PSX game was missing the manual. Being a nice person, I offered him another game. Weeks went by with not one word from him. With waiting over a month & recieving notice of his other BTRs, I feel this complaint is necessary. I'm contacting his local authorities for the theft of my games and, by law, filing a mail fraud claim with the USPS. I gave him every chance to make good on this trade. If he returns my games, I'll remove this BTR & halt talks with my attorney regarding legal matters.
