On September 27th he agreed to sell me Final Fantasy XII CE complete and Super Mario Bros. cart only shipped for $15. He said he could not accept until he found the Mario Bros. cart for certain. Within an hour he had located it and agreed on the deal. I sent payment immediately through PayPal for the full $15. I have not heard from the seller since. I have sent him numerous trade messages as well as PM's with absolutely no response despite the fact that he has been on the site every single day since the event.
I'll gladly remove the BTR if my money is fully refunded through PayPal or I receive the games agreed upon.
Update: Seller sent a message that he would refund $3 for shipping so late. I asked for a DC#, and again he began ignoring any attempt at contact. He still logs on regularly and is not even trying to resolve this as well as the 3 other BTR's he has.

Trade was my Mario Party 8 for GTA: Chinatown Wars. Offer was accepted 9/24. Game sent on 9/25. Last communication with KMKCT was on 9/24. I sent messages to him on 10/5 and again on 10/6. On 10/6 I told him I would file a BTR if no response was received by 10/9. No responses. Has logged in several times since then. Fairly certain he has ripped me off. BTR will be lifted only after a copy of GTA: Chinatown Wars is acquired and it has been verified it is of agreed upon quality.
