We agreed and pended a trade on October 2, 2009
I was sending my Left 4 Dead(Xbox 360) Dead Rising (Xbox 360) and NBA 2k9(Xbox 360)
for his Madden NFL 10(Xbox 360)
I sent my side of the trade 3 days later on October 5th with Delivery Confirmation. He marked he received October 7th. On October 7th he marked he had sent, but did not post a delivery confirmation number. On October 10th, he posted a message saying he had not sent yet and his wife would be sending out soon.
On October 14th he posted the tracking number.. On October 16th I received a package not containing his side of the trade which was Madden NFL 10, but it contained 2 of the 3 games I originally traded him.. He kept my 1 game.
His response was quoted: I sent back the games you sent me, due to the fact that I never got the Madden in the trade to give you, forgot to send you L4D back, if you want it back I will ship it right out, or I will pay you via paypal for it? LMK, still waiting to get the madden from a previous trade but it never came?
So he agreed to trade me a game that he never even owned??? This is just ridiculous.
On october 21st he posted a message saying Left 4 Dead was on its way back.. His last login was on October 26 over 2 months ago..
Its been close to 3 months and I have not received my game back or heard anything from him. I will remove this BTR if I receive Madden 2010 , or 25 bucks.. Otherwise the BTR will stay..

i am filling this btr as i have not received my end of the trade sense he received about a month ago.
he said he had surgery and it was keeping him from sending so i tried being understanding and give him the benefit of the doubt.
