i am filling this btr as i have not received my end of the trade sense he received about a month ago.
he said he had surgery and it was keeping him from sending so i tried being understanding and give him the benefit of the doubt.

even if he does send, theres still one thing ill never get back from this trade though, the damn time i spent waiting for my crap to arrive.

After the trade was created we went through a few counter trades before it was finalized. I sent my part out on September 29th the day the trade was accepted. He received and claimed he sent that day. Then i found out that he was in the middle of many trades and had never sent out. After some messages asking if he sent out he said he just got out of surgery and would send out soon. So i was patient and waited for it. After weeks of waiting again i confronted and he claimed he sent. After waiting for a long time again I asked if he could send my games back because i was getting ripped off. he said he would then send him out monday and it has now been almost a week after that. I had send messages asking if he sent out but there were no replies.
